The Ohio Return to Play Law went into effect April 26, 2013.  This law requires all athletes and parents of athletes participating in youth sports must receive information on concussions.

Any time a child takes a blow to the head, concussion symptoms must be accessed and taken seriously. No goal scored or saved is worth it.
